How to Login to the FreshService App

Step 1: Open the FreshService app. If the URL is blank Enter the Helpdesk URL:

Then tap Next.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the login screen. Enter your GHP Email and password or select your account to proceed.

Step 3: If prompted, approve login with your GHP Management credentials by tapping Allow.

Step 4: Once logged in, you will see the Freshservice home screen where you can report issues, request services, and view open tickets.
