How to Share Files Securely from OneDrive
1. Sign in
Go to https://ghpmgmt-my.sharepoint.com/ and log in with your work email and password.
2. Right-click your file or folder
Locate the file/folder you want to share. Right-click and choose Share.

3. Open Link Settings
In the Share window, click the gear icon (Link settings).

4. Configure Security Options
Choose who the link works for (usually "Anyone" for external users).
Under More settings:
- Set Can view (or Can edit, if you allow changes).
- Add an expiration date (recommended).
- Check Set password and enter a secure password.
Click Apply.

5. Send the Secure Link
Enter the recipient’s email or click Copy link.
Be sure to include the password in the email.
Done! Now only someone with the link and the password can access your file.
