How to change Email/PC Password
1. Login to your computer.
- Click other user on the bottom right of the screen.
- Enter your email as the username.
- Enter current or temporary password
2. Once the desktop is visible, press and hold the CTRL + ALT + Delete keys on your keyboard.
A window will appear similar to this:

3. Select ‘Change a password’.
4. The following screen will appear. Enter in your current password or temporary password, create and confirm a new password.

5. Hit enter once you’ve typed your new password in the ‘Confirm password’ box.
6. If your password change is successful, you will be presented with the following screen (or similar).

7. It’s likely you will need to confirm your credentials in any apps or devices where your Windows account is used, e.g. Outlook on desktop and mobile. You will be prompted to enter your new password.
